This becomes clearer regarding the restyling of the starred compact. After four years of good and loyal service, the Mercedes A-Class is preparing to dust off its style to resist its main more recent competitors, the Audi A3 and BMW 1 Series. It will also take the opportunity to modernize its connectivity and clean up its engines, in order to calmly approach its second career part.
For 2022, Mazda is planning some changes for its MX-5 Miata to improve its handling even further. Close to retirement, the fifth generation of the famous Miata will still be entitled to some changes for 2022. If the design and mechanics should remain similar to the current version, the small sports car will receive a system to improve its behavior in turns.

The Honda Civic is a Hatchbacks car deity. From the late 1980s until just over a year ago, the Civic Si represented the best blend of performance, handling, efficiency and reliability. For the 2022 model, Honda is reintroducing the Civic Si with more of everything, including fun. Based on the all-new 2022 Honda Civic sedan, the Si will once again be powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. The updated engine will produce 200 horsepower (5 less than the previous car) at 6,000 rpm and 192 lb-ft of torque between 1,800 and 5,000 rpm.
Building on the success of the model launched in 2018, the new 2022 Lexus ES is powered by 4th generation Lexus self-charging hybrid technology. Inside, drivers have the new BladeScan AHS adaptive high beam system. Total system power is 218 hp/160 kW and fuel consumption is 5.2 l/100 km in the combined WLTP cycle. Emissions: from 119 g of CO2/km.
The subcompact hatchback remains one of the most spacious in its class, and the clever mechanism of its rear seats provides not only a large cargo volume, but a flat floor. The biggest change is the addition of a hybrid engine as standard equipment. This will set the Fit apart from other subcompacts and further help Honda achieve its goal of electrifying two-thirds of its global sales by 2030.
Few changes apply for 2022, despite a possible redesign of the E-Class later this year. The Mercedes E-Class is certainly not intended for all budgets, but the German proves brilliantly that versatility does not necessarily sign renunciation. Each model in Mercedes' standard range will have its 100% electric counterpart. Class A will have EQA, Class S will have EQS, logically Class E will have EQE.
