Despite its recent introduction to the market, the Kia Telluride is getting a slight update for 2022. However, Kia does not just want to be good, but that it seeks perfection, nothing less.
Analyzing the exterior, we can say the Kia Telluride 2022 and one of the only novelties are the logos that have been replaced by the brand's refreshed emblem. The front end of the Telluride has also been slightly reworked, but for the rest, the SUV from the Korean manufacturer is still up to date. In fact, I'd go so far as to say it's one of the most stylish vehicles in its class.
The most significant improvements can be found in the interior of the 2022 Kia Telluride with a new design for the steering wheel as well as new trim packages. Incidentally, the Korean manufacturer has added intelligent cruise control as standard for all versions of the Telluride, a technology increasingly sought after by buyers.
Unsurprisingly, there are no mechanical changes since the Kia Telluride
mill still does the trick. It is a 3.8-liter V6 engine that produces 291
horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. These figures may not be very impressive to
me for an engine of such size, especially when you consider that many turbocharged
4-cylinder engines greatly exceed these figures. Nevertheless, it must be
understood that the benefit here is precisely the fact that there is no
turbocharger. Personally, I prefer this kind of mechanical setup since the way
the power is delivered is more direct and linear. Admittedly, I have nothing
against progress and it is even something that I strongly encourage, but I am
one of those who prefer the old mechanics and I believe that it is still
necessary to take advantage of it while there are still some available on the
market.
The Telluride is the manufacturer's latest model powered by a V6. With a volume of 3.8 L, this direct injection engine offers 291 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque.
Supported by a rigid platform, the Telluride travels the miles enveloping passengers in comfort and silence.
The Telluride comes standard with a latest-generation multimedia system
encased in a large 10.25-inch screen well integrated into the dashboard.
A third row that can be used Without being a symbol of comfort, the back seat of the Telluride can accommodate passengers of average size, but the central place is really cramped.
The Telluride can tow a load of 2267 kg, which places it in the middle of
the segment.

Despite the presence of a bench seat in the back, the Telluride offers
601 L of storage when the tailgate is opened, a space that grows to 1304 L once
the bench seat is folded down.
The Korean automaker's SUV remains among the most affordable vehicles in
its segment. The 2022 Kia Telluride should hit the market in the coming months.
