Pyeonghwa Motors is a joint venture between Ryonbong General Corp and Pyonghwa Motors in Seoul. The company has exclusive rights to buy, sell, and produce cars in North Korea and has the production capacity of nearly 10,000 vehicles per year. However, the production of Pyeonghwa Motors is limited to 300 or 400 vehicles per year.
2-Alpheon:

3-Asia:
Asia Motor Industries is a popular automaker which has produced commercial and passenger vehicles. In 1973, the Korean government launched a project to promote the production of affordable, fuel-efficient vehicles. However, Asia Motors went into a huge loss, after which it was bought by the famous Kia Motors. In turn, Hyundai bought Kia, and the Asia Motors brand finally ended in 1999.
