It is certain that the Urus Lamborghini 2022 is an exotic high-performance SUV. It should switch to plug-in hybrid technology. A large SUV spacious enough for the whole family and also capable of driving on all surfaces.
Apparently,
there is not much new on the program for 2022, but that is quite normal for a
vehicle in this category. We are not talking about packages or option groups,
but rather a complete personalization service, which means that you could own a
2020 Urus and decide to get a completely different 2022 model thanks to the
multitude of options offered by the Italian manufacturer's SUV. It's a unique
shopping experience and it allows you to let your creativity run wild. However,
if you're the type who likes rumors and unsubstantiated news, be aware that
several sources mention an EVO version of the Urus. The latter could well be
available next year and replace the Urus in its current form, which means you
should order your copy now if you like the Urus, because its next evolution may
be even more radical. if we rely on what the Italian
manufacturer has offered us with its other vehicles in recent years.
Lots of questions are going through our heads and it remains to be seen what Lamborghini is planning: an entry-level plug-in hybrid V6 engine, taken from the Cayenne S E-Hybrid? An ultra-powerful plug-in hybrid V8 taken from the Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid? Or both at the same time? In addition, will the 650 horsepower 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 without electrification of the current model remain in the catalog?
Important information revealed by the Grand Manager of the Italian brand by referring to their CEO who confirmed that 2022 will be the last year in which Lamborghini will offer combustion engines. But that does not mean that it will no longer exist, but simply the fact that they will be systematically assisted by an electric part: in particular, hybridization on the new Aventador, and rechargeable hybridization of the Urus SUV.
It is
estimated to have a base price of the Lamborghini Urus is around $250,000, but
you know as I do that this is just a reference, as the overwhelming majority of
buyers will not be limited to the model in its convertible form. First, there
are 2 special editions on the menu for 2022, namely the Pearl Capsule and
Graphite Capsule editions, which raise the price to more than $280,000.
However, where it gets really expensive is in the à la carte options. Let's
just say it's very easy to bump the total bill up to over $350,000 and if
you're a good customer, Lamborghini can even give you an even more personalized
experience where there's simply no limit.
Remarkably,
when you come across a Urus you immediately know it is a Lamborghini vehicle
thanks to its sharp lines and sleek silhouette. It is a vehicle that does not
go unnoticed and that is what buyers clearly want to have. Inside, it's high
art and typical Lamborghini, as always, the Italian manufacturer doesn't do
things by halves and it feels more like being in a fighter jet than in a
mainstream SUV. Fortunately, this fighter plane remains very comfortable and
spacious.
It should be noted that Lamborghini hit the nail on the head with the Urus since it is the brand's most popular vehicle today. Besides, even if it's not a car, I think the Lamborghini Urus could very well be on a poster you hang above your bed.
